Did You see they way they looked at You?

Did You hear how they wept Your name?

Do You know the ache of we, the soulless?

How we seek You?

How we inhale saltwater into lifeless lungs?

Look how You have become my altar

Look how I bleed through Your wounds

How I writhe in the agony of Knowing You

... and of not

What do the ears of a Master hear in the begging of His servants?

Do they pray for mercy, or plead for more?

Or fall silent at the sight of Him?

How do You touch me when I cannot know where?

What do You look at with Holy eyes?

Are You not my God?

Deliver me then....

For I seek to seek no more.

I Inhale

I close my eyes and You come to me

Lingering in the air around me like a fine perfume of the Gods

A sacred scent that creeps into my shadows

Captivating me

Daring me to breathe deeper... to let You in

But Your fragrance is an ancient one

I know it well

And I know what it is to indulge in You

How I become drunk and reckless

So I approach You with caution, convinced of my temperance

But You are not fooled

You sense my hesitation and come at me with ferocity

Insisting that I surrender

...and of course, I do

I can not resist

You know this , for this is the game we play

You take me over like a drug

And make me inhale in gasping breaths

That pull You in deeper until I can feel You in my soul

And I hold You there

Afraid to exhale lest You slip away

Until finally I can hold You no longer

And You come streaming from me like the breath of God

Filling the room up with Your Bliss and my abandon

And I bask in the Glory of us

But only for a moment

Until, once again .... I inhale.

I Am the Breathless One that pursues you

Relentless and without conscience

Pulling at the threads of your soul and unravelling you

But you won’t look Me in the eye

I whisper of passions that will transform you

And all that I desire of you

And the cloak that you hide beneath

Begins to fall away

In your shame, you scramble to cover what I have exposed

Grasping at the frayed edges that once held you together

Our ecstasy denied by your need to define Me

Deliberately inhibited and unwilling to surrender

But I felt you tremble so I insist

Demanding to be satisfied

Pressing up against you in My nakedness

Yet still you resist

But pride has no power over Me

So I beg for you

And linger around your senses until you inhale Me

And soon you begin to sway

Intoxication.

I move with you, creating a rhythm

Watching as… eventually

You Give Into Me with abandon

And then we are One

Reckless in the Divinity that we have become

The lines between us blurred with the promise of Eternity

For you are the lover

… And I Am Love.

Beautiful Divine Michael, Angel of mercy and Love...
Thank You for Your many gifts that You so generously bestowed upon us. We ask that we may have the courage and conviction of Your spirit so that we may carry Your message forward to the world. Bless us with the fortitude that we may live Your example, one of generosity, compassion, humility and grace. Let us go forth in Your name, as Your Army of Love and teach the world to make that change that You ask of us. We ask that, like You, we will be strong and unwavering in the face of those who wish to persecute us, and to remain peaceful and loving in the presence of hate and anger. We pray that the immensity of Your love will speak through us, and reach the hearts and minds of those who remain in the dark. Let Your Light shine out upon us all and cast away the shadows so that this world can come together as One and rejoice in the Bliss and Glory of Your Love.

Holding On

What is this hold You have on me?
A hold I struggle to understand
It starts quietly at first…gentle, warm
Your touch is electric and it makes me shiver and tremble.

But time passes and things get blurry
You hold me differently now. Stronger.
You hold me like a lover.
But I am comfortable here
You wrapped around me…
I feel safe in Your embrace.

But You surprised me and left me
And everything changed.
And since then I’ve been trying to get free from You
Trying to move on
But still You wont let go…
Holding me tighter – so hard it hurts.

I’m fighting You – frantically now
But I can’t tell where You’re holding on…
My heart, my hand, my head…
I struggle against You, but You keep holding
Pulling me. Tighter still…

Finally I fall. I’m on my knees
Exhausted, defeated, destroyed.
Slowly now I open my eyes…
And there You are – still holding me…
Thank God.
Never let go Michael...

I confess, I kissed You, tasted You,
Drunk from the scent of You, my head spinning
Felt Your warm breath as You sang softly in my ear
Looked into Your eyes and saw Your soul, like lovers do
And we danced in the street
And sang our hearts out together , remember?
And I loved You…
With reckless abandon , I laid my heart at Your feet.

And so we were for 25 years -
Me watching Your life through a pane of glass
Watching You, strange and beautiful,
struggling as the world destroyed You,
unable to stop it, unable to save You. Adoring You…

And so You died, taking my heart with You
And I am sick, unable to cry
Permanently altered by the man who shared my life
The man I never knew…

With reckless abandon, Michael – I love You still
